Delivery in Lebanon

  • We deliver everywhere in Lebanon.
  • Delivery fee: $3. Free delivery on orders over $150.
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days in Beirut and 2–5 business days elsewhere, after your payment is confirmed.
  • Prefer to pick up? Choose “Pick up at VESNA Boutique” at checkout and collect your order at ABC Achrafieh – Mall Square, Level 0, free of charge.

Payment

All orders are paid in advance:

  • Credit / debit card (secure online payment), or
  • Whish Money / OMT Pay to +961 70 317 694. Please write your order number (e.g. S00123) in the transfer notes. We prepare your order as soon as your payment is received.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • We offer an exchange or store credit (gift voucher / coupon) only. We do not offer refunds.
  • Sale items, bridal pieces and custom orders are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchanges can be made at the boutique or by delivery (the $3 delivery fee is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item).
